For allergic guests we use synthetic pillows and beds in every room.
Due to its height, Obergurgl offers a very healthy and poll free climate.
If you have food allergies or intolerances please inform our service staff directly so that we can make appropriate adjustments in our kitchen.
Your room and parking are available from 2 pm and on the day of departure until 10 am. For special requests, please contact the reception.

Keep calm in case of fire. Description of our escape route can be found on the inside door of your room. In case of alarm, please leave the hotel as soon as possible. Do not use passenger and car lift!
We are happy to park your car. A garage space is available during your stay until the day of departure until 10:00 am. For early departures before 08:00 am we ask you to inform the reception, so we can park your car the day before.
We keep your car key in the safe at the reception; should you need something from your vehicle, please contact the reception. If you need your car to go for a drive, our Bellboys are at your disposal to park the car. Our park & luggageservice are available from 8 am to 8 pm.
Our hotel bar is open daily from 11:00 am till midnight.
As soon as you leave the room in the morning, please hang the sign "Please Clean" at the doorknob to inform our housekeeping team to clean your room.

You will need your room card to open the room door, to open the ski room to access our wellness area and for the night entrance after 9.30 pm.
If you are leaving before 07:30 am, please notify one of our waiters or our receptionist the evening before your departure by 5:00 pm at the latest, so that we can prepare a packed lunch if required.
The laundry that you wish to have cleaned must be packed in the laundry bag that you will find in your room together with your order form. Hang the laundry bag outside your room door no later than 9 am, so that our housekeeping can collect it for cleaning. The cleaning usually takes 24 hours.

Massages take place on the 1st floor in our massage room.
Cosmetic treatments are carried out in our sister hotel Josl Mountain Lounging across the street.
You will receive more detailed information about our massage and cosmetic offers at the reception or in the envelope of our information folder. Appointments can be booked at the reception.

Wellness
A garage space is available during your stay and on the day of departure until 10 am. In case of early departure before 8 am we ask you to inform the reception, so that we can bring your car out the day before. For insurance reasons, the vehicles in the underground car park are only moved by our employees.
Pets must stay at home for general consideration.
We ask parents about getting your kids to careful use of the rented games and toys. Parents are liable for your children in the playroom! Games and drawing supplies can be borrowed from reception.
There is a main power switch in your room next to the front door, which you can use to turn the power on and off. This switch has about 5min of extra time when you leave the room
Our pool is located on the 1st floor. The pool depth is 1,40m (4,6 feet) and covers 70m2
We ask you not to leave your children unattended in the wellness area.
To enter our spa you need your room card.
We are grateful for any notice of possible defects or damage in your room and in the hotel. Please use our sticker "PLEASE REPAIR ME!".

The following saunas are available in our wellness area:

Nude sauna, open from 3 pm to 7 pm on the 1st basement
Our nude sauna area is available to our adult guests over 16 years.
Sauna towels are available in the wellness area. We ask you not to take the towels with you to the rooms, but to throw them in the provided laundry baskets.
Available for our guests at the reception or at every lift station. Ski passes from 1 day or more are available for you at the reception and book them on your room bill. Each ski pass includes € 3,00 card deposit.
Please do not forget the ID requirement for discounts for children, adolescents up to 20 and seniors from 75 years.
A rebate of the ski pass is only in the event of a ski accident with a doctor's confirmation, not in case of illness. The ski pass must be deposited immediately at the lift ticket office - refunds can only be made at the Festkogel cable car.
The entrance to our ski room is located next to the entrance of the house. To open the door, use your room card.
The ski racks are arranged by floors to avoid confusion and to keep order. The ski boot room is in -1, ski boot holders are sorted by room number. We recommend taking helmets, googles and gloves in your room.
We kindly ask you not to enter the lobby with ski boots.
Whether ski boots, poles or clothing, at our sports shops you will find everything your heart desires.
All our rooms are non-smoking. Therefore please only smoke outside of the hotel. For unauthorized smoking in the room we charge you the resulting cleaning costs, which is minimum € 300.00.
Tokens for use of the solarium are available (free of charge) at the reception.
Make the way for sledging - that’s Hochgurgl in the Winter season.
The three kilometer long, winding natural toboggan run leads from the mountain to the valley station of the Hochgurglbahn. The ascent can be comfortably and quickly covered with the Hochgurgl train from Pill. More information at our reception.
